R Suresh Kumar has held multiple senior management positions during his last 25 years professional career before he formed JS Associates. He is a matured and dedicated and committed business- man and has rich experience in Sales and Marketing operations with various leading companies in New Delhi such as Modi Group of Industries, DLF Ltd and BI Group, etc looking after operation and management of different businesses in India as well as abroad , which gives him quick decision making skills and keen practical knowledge in several fields. Suresh holds an MBA in Marketing and he has done many professional courses from New Delhi
Suresh left New Delhi in the year 2015 for securing the order for the project business operations with the Adani Vizhinjam International Seaport Project and L&T Trivandrum NH Bypass Road Project

Sarika Suresh (Civil Engineering) has worked under many MNCs in New Delhi and in Technopark Trivandrum. She is assisting the firm since its inception. Her technical knowledge and accurate calculations are a true asset to the company

Partner & Business Head – Karnataka, JS Associates

Akshay Suresh is a partner at JS Associates, leading operations across Karnataka. He oversees key projects involving ready-mix concrete (RMC) plant management, earthmoving contracts, and construction works. With a strong focus on execution, Akshay ensures timely delivery, quality control, and smooth coordination across all project sites. His leadership continues to strengthen JS Associates’ presence and performance in the region.
